Job Title: Station Officer

About the Role

• We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Station Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a battery-swapping station.
• The successful candidate will help manage battery availability, maintain accurate records, assist riders and ensure that station operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Station Manager with daily station activities.
• Ensure charged batteries are available and ready for riders.
• Record and track batteries coming into and leaving the station.
• Verify payments and claim payment codes where applicable.
• Maintain accurate battery usage, inventory and activity records.
• Update the station shift logbook regularly.
• Attend to riders and provide basic customer support.
• Monitor station operations and report faults or operational issues promptly.
• Keep the station clean, organized and safe.
• Follow all company procedures, operational guidelines and safety requirements.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Station Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or OND.
• Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of responsibility, accountability and professionalism.

Remuneration

• Salary: N70,000 Monthly
