Job Description

• The Area Sales Manager will lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentor-ship, to meet quotas and goals.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Supervise target achievement within assigned territory and accounts.
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Manage brand presentation within their region
• Manage Stakeholders within their territory
• Manage the various account receivables (including but not limited to debt collection) in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
• Manage customer recruitment and retention
• Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
