Job Title: Staff Nurse / Hostel Warden

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Staff Nurse/Hostel Warden to join our team at Lily College of Nursing Sciences.
• This dual-role position combines healthcare expertise and administrative leadership to ensure the health, well-being, and overall welfare of our students.
• As the Staff Nurse, you will provide medical care, promote hygiene, and address students’ health-related needs.
• As the Hostel Warden, you will oversee daily hostel operations, maintain discipline, and create a safe, supportive, and organized living environment that fosters personal and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and medical care to students as needed.
• Promote and monitor hygiene and sanitation practices within the hostel.
• Coordinate routine medical check-ups and vaccination programs.
• Oversee daily hostel operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Manage hostel records, including student attendance and room allocations.
• Address student concerns and maintain a nurturing living atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of RN or Diploma in Nursing.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in nursing and/or hostel management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid Nursing Practicing License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
