Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced SPS Onne Site Representative to provide onshore and offshore technical, operational, HSE, QA/QC, materials logistics, and contractor-management support for Subsea Production Systems (SPS) activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Company activities at the contractor base in Onne.
• Provide technical and operational support to offshore subsea operations and the onshore service base.
• Interface with major SPS contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Coordinate inspection, maintenance, repair, fabrication, testing, and mobilization activities for Company-owned subsea equipment.
• Support subsea engineering teams with technical investigations, operational support, and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, services, and personnel mobilization to rigs, vessels, FPSOs, and other operational sites.
• Ensure effective tracking, storage, inventory, and management of Company equipment, spares, and materials.
• Oversee contractor procurement activities, cost follow-up, budget compliance, and commercial documentation.
• Support annual budgeting and provide financial expenditure reporting.
• Monitor contractor performance and participate in service-quality reviews.
• Support HSE audits, inspections, investigations, and emergency-response activities.
• Provide offshore subsea supervision for Tree-on-Wire and Light Well Intervention (LWI) operations when required.
• Review and approve maintenance procedures, manuals, work packages, and related documentation.
• Drive performance improvement, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Company standards, contractual requirements, QA/QC procedures, and HSE expectations.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering or another relevant technical Degree.
• 7–10 years’ experience in Subsea Production Systems.
• Proven experience in QA/QC, fabrication, testing, materials logistics, and contractor management.
• Operational experience in subsea wells / Drilling & Completions.
• Experience working on deepwater projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of subsea equipment, maintenance, repair, inspection, and mobilization activities.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, service providers, and multiple technical stakeholders.
• Strong HSE awareness and experience supporting audits and inspections.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively within diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Ideal Candidate:

• We are particularly interested in professionals with strong Subsea Production Systems experience who have worked across deepwater Drilling & Wells, subsea equipment, QA/QC, materials logistics, contractor management, offshore operations, and onshore service bases.
• Experience supporting OIMR/LWI vessel operations, Tree-on-Wire activities, subsea equipment maintenance and repair, and deepwater projects will be highly relevant.
