Job Summary

• The Specialist Fabrication Manager is responsible for overseeing all fabrication activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• This role provides leadership to the fabrication team, manages workflows, ensures material and quality compliance, and supports continuous improvement within the fabrication department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant trade certifications may be considered with strong experience.
• Minimum of 8 – 10 years in fabrication within the oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrication codes and standards.
