Job Title: Soya Line Preparatory Operator

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soya Line Preparatory Operator to join our production team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and operating equipment used in the processing and production of soya products.
• Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe handling of soya materials according to company guidelines and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare machinery for operation (e.g., blanchers, crushers, extractors).
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired outputs and quality standards.
• Load raw materials into machines and feed mechanisms.
• Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or defects and report problems to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Record production data and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and performing routine maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role, preferably in food processing or related industries.
• Familiarity with operating machinery used in the production of soya products is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a standing position for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
