Sous Chef

Job Details

  • Assisting the head chef in menu planning and development.
  • Overseeing food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes.
  • Managing inventory and stock levels.
  • Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff during service.
  • Assisting in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Organizing stations, checking ingredients, and equipment readines
  • Managing food production, coordinating with other kitchen staff, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Supervising cleanup, ensuring proper storage, and kitchen maintenance.
