Overview of the Role

• The Solutions Architect (Own IP) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing proprietary IT solutions that address complex business requirements.
• This role involves ensuring that the solutions align with the company’s strategic objectives, providing technical leadership, and maintaining architectural integrity.
• The Solutions Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and support teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, while driving innovation and managing attendant risks.

Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and SCRUM are advantageous.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical lead/architect roles, particularly in enterprise software development.
• Expertise in large-scale development projects, IT Governance, DevOps, and Cloud Management.
• Proven experience with Fintech solutions, contemporary database technologies and programming language frameworks especially for Java, JavaScript, Python and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of digital and emerging technologies, including Social, Mobile, E-commerce, CRM, Data Analytics, Cloud, and IoT.
