Job Title: Solid Works / Auto – Cad Draftsman

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate engineering and fabrication drawings, interpreting technical specifications, preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), and supporting the production and fabrication teams with detailed drawings.

Requirements
The candidate must be able to:

• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Interpret GA (General Arrangement), fabrication and erection drawings.
• Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) from drawings.
• Produce detailed workshop and fabrication drawings.

AutoCAD 2D – Must Have:

• Workshop drawings
• Fabrication details
• Layouts
• Drawing revisions

SolidWorks 3D – Must Have:

• 3D modelling
• Assembly modelling
• Generating fabrication drawings

Other Skills:

• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
• Basic knowledge of IS Codes, welding symbols and engineering tolerances.
• Ability to take instructions and deliver drawings within specified timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Production and Fabrication teams.
• Make revisions and modifications to existing drawings as required

Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
