We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Trainer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training programs
• Conduct practical training sessions etc.
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
• Support and mentor alumni
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor students’ performance and response to training.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a solar Trainer
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the solar industry
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including theoretical, practical and mentoring sessions
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
• BSc degree in relevant field
• Additional certification in relevant field is a plus.
