Job Title: Software Support Executive (SQL Server)

Description

• We are seeking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Support Executive (SQL Server) to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of its software systems.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in PHP, MySQL, MSSQL, and SQL Server, with the ability to analyze system needs, implement solutions, and provide user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
• Test and evaluate new software programs and system enhancements.
• Identify areas for modification in existing systems and develop improvements.
• Write and implement efficient code using PHP, MySQL, MSSQL, and SQL Server.
• Determine the operational practicality of software solutions.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures.
• Deploy software tools, processes, and performance metrics.
• Maintain, upgrade, and support existing systems.
• Train users on system usage and best practices.
• Work closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering, Software Programming, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and system support.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, MSSQL, and SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical procedures clearly to non-technical users.
• Commercial and business awareness.
• Good communication skills(both written and verbal).
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work with data.
