Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Strategist to grow the brand’s online presence, increase engagement, strengthen its digital identity, and convert social media audiences into customers.
• The successful candidate will take ownership of social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting across relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars across social media platforms.
• Develop compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and sales.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform developments.
• Stay updated on changes in social media algorithms and emerging content formats.
• Manage the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, mentions, and enquiries professionally.
• Track and analyze social media performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, videographers, and other members of the creative team.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and sales.
• Develop social media campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and other business objectives.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, fashion business, beauty brand, or similar organization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating audience growth, engagement, and campaign results.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
• Basic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools are required.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
