About the Role

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Officer to join our team.
• This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional passionate about digital trends, content creation, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Support the development of weekly content calendars
• Track engagement metrics and prepare simple performance reports
• Research trends, competitors, and new social media features
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and ideas
• Liaise with the social media manager in the creation and posting of content across all social media platforms of the various companies.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content types
• Good writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other design/editing tools (an added advantage)
• Creativity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
