We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Occasional travels: Yes

Job Summary

  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to strengthen Tespire’s brand presence across digital platforms and foster engagement with our target audience.
  • This role requires the ability to communicate the value of intangible tech products and services, making complex solutions relatable, engaging, and shareable.
  • The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven ability to translate abstract product offerings into compelling social narratives that drive awareness, trust, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with Tespire’s business objectives.
  • Manage and grow Tespire’s presence across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Create and curate engaging, relevant, and shareable content that simplifies and promotes intangible products/services to diverse audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience conversations through social listening tools.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with online communities, influencers, and thought leaders to position Tespire as an industry authority.
  • Train and support internal teams on best practices for brand advocacy through social platforms.

Experience

  • Hands-on experience developing and executing social media campaigns.
  • Skilled in creating, scheduling, and managing multi-format content (text, images, video, infographics).
  • Experience with social media tools, such as:
    • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics.
    • Design Tools: Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite..
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaign optimization.
  • Prior experience in tech or intangible product marketing is a strong advantage.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
