Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to handle our salon’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across all social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the salon’s brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories) to showcase services, offers, client transformations, and behind-the-scenes salon activities.
• Manage daily social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with hairstylists and beauty professionals to highlight their expertise and showcase their work.
• Run paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, beauty industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions and collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent content creation skills (photo and video editing)
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut and social media apps.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
