Job Summary

• They are looking for a Social Media Manager to build and grow their online presence.
• You will create and manage content, run campaigns, track performance, and ensure all activity complies with pharmaceutical regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Manage content calendars and post across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create, curate, and oversee engaging content (copy, visuals, short-form video)
• Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity
• Run paid campaigns and optimize for engagement and conversions
• Engage with audiences and respond to messages and comments professionally
• Ensure all content complies with regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts (healthcare/pharma preferred)
• Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout
• Strong content creation skills (copy, visuals, video)
• Experience with paid social media campaigns
• Strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.

Salary
N650,000 monthly.
