Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, grow our online community, drive engagement, and generate business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars.
• Write compelling captions, posts, and promotional content that reflect the brand voice.
• Create and coordinate engaging visual, video, and multimedia content.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
• Manage daily interactions, comments, messages, and online community engagement.
• Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, audience growth, leads, and conversions.
• Develop campaigns to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams on campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
• Manage the company’s online reputation and respond professionally to customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and other digital collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing professional/business social media accounts.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and digital marketing practices.
