We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, property showcases and promotional campaigns.
• Develop content calendars and ensure regular, timely posting.
• Promote properties, developments, projects and company activities across relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to generate leads through digital platforms.
• Monitor and report on social media performance, engagement, leads and conversions.
• Coordinate photography, videography and other content production when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing or a related role.
• Demonstrable experience managing business or corporate social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to create or coordinate engaging visual content.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and other relevant digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, construction, property marketing or a related industry is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, audience growth and lead generation.
• Creative, organised, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.

• We are looking for someone who can do more than simply post content. The ideal candidate should understand how to use social media to build the brand, attract the right audience, generate property enquiries and support business growth.
