Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our properties and brand, increase visibility, and generate leads.
• Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, highlighting our properties.
• Manage all aspects of social media content production, including planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and branding across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content strategy and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in the real estate industry, and recommend innovative strategies to reach and engage target audiences.
• Collaborate with inhouse photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visual content, including photos, videos, virtual tours, and drone footage.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing information about properties, scheduling showings, and addressing customer concerns.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate bloggers, and industry partners to expand our reach and drive traffic to our website and listings.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to real estate advertising and marketing, and ensure compliance in all social media activities.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
