Job Summary

• The Brand Social Media Manager & Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and executing digital content and social media strategies that strengthen the online presence of Eko Cakes and Fuchsia Desserts. and its brands.
• The role requires a highly creative, data-driven, and proactive professional with proven experience in the food, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
• The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales through compelling visual storytelling, strategic campaigns, and consistent digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the Company’s marketing objectives.
• Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across all digital channels.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry developments to keep the Company’s digital presence relevant.
• Increase audience engagement, followers, and brand visibility through strategic content.

Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form content for digital platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that showcase the Company’s products and services.
• Write compelling captions, blog articles, website content, newsletters, and promotional copy.
• Ensure all content reflects the Company’s brand identity and tone of voice.
• Cover events, product launches, behind-the-scenes activities, customer experiences, and promotional campaigns.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistency across all digital and marketing materials.
• Protect and strengthen the Company’s brand identity.
• Maintain high visual and content standards across all platforms.
• Ensure all published content aligns with Company values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, or Content Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Digital Marketing Executive, or related role.
• Experience within the food, bakery, restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG industry is mandatory.
• Demonstrable portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content creation.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and websites.

Salary
N350,000 per month.
