Job Description

• We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, grow brand awareness and generate enquiries and leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create paid social media campaigns that can convert to sales.
• Develop content strategies and calendars aligned with business goals.
• Film and edit professional content using a phone or camera.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, calls to action, and brand messages.
• Generate fresh content ideas, short form videos and identify relevant trends.
• Manage comments, direct messages, and online community engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Improve content strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

• HND/BSC in Mass Communication or any related discipline.
• 1 year of relevant experience in content creation, social media management.
• Experience using capcut
• Youth Corp members with demonstrated skills or relevant experience through internships, projects, or personal platforms are welcome to apply.

Salary
N165,000 – N180,000 per month.
