Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and services across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
• Manage all social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, scheduling, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions that support business objectives, such as project/property listings and land promotion.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy to optimize performance and stay ahead of the competition.
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and generate insights for future strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, news, and developments in the real estate market to create relevant and timely content that positions the company as a thought leader in the industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and enhance our brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1-3 years experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
