Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary

• The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the company’s online presence across all social media platforms, creating engaging content to promote the apartment, bakery/pizza, and other business lines.
• The role is responsible for building brand awareness, engaging with customers online, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive sales and leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, captions) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and response to comments/messages.
• Collaborate with the Bakery/Pizza and Apartment teams to showcase products, promotions, and property listings.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
• Assist in planning promotional events, giveaways, and product launches.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• 2-4 years’ experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling tools.
