Job Summary

• We are looking for a Social Media Customer Representative to manage customer interactions on Instagram, engage prospective customers, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram and social media communication.
• Strong persuasion and sales-closing abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or social media is an advantage.
• Proactive, friendly, patient, and professional
• Basic computer and digital skills.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.
• Must be able to commute to Marina, Lagos when required.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
