Job Details

• Our client is seeking a social media & Customer relations Officer to manage their social media pages (create and post innovative engaging content), and provide excellent customer relationships both online and offline (this includes receiving client orders, ensuring the prompt processing and invoicing of same).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
• Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content that capture attention and resonate with the target audience.
• Manage customer relationships both online and offline (this includes receiving client orders, ensuring the prompt processing and invoicing of same).
• Plan, develop, implement and manage strategies for the company’s social media accounts.
• All other responsibilities in relation to the role

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Mass communication or any related field of study
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and social media management would be an added advantage
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms like Instagram, twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Ability to create engaging and relevant content for social media channels
• Strong client relationship management and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• good knowledge of video creation, editing and graphic design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-Focused Attitude (We don’t want “No gree for Anybody” attitude)
• Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and come up with effective solutions
• Good sense of humor

Salary
N100,000 per month.
