We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media / Content Creator (Hybrid)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (images, videos, graphics, reels, carousels) for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and social copy aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions.
• Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.

Strategy & Campaign Execution:

• Assist in developing and executing digital campaigns that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for coordinated messaging and promotions.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Propose innovative ideas and formats for brand storytelling and audience growth.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure consistency in branding, voice, and visual identity across all content and platforms.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND in relevant fields with 6 years work experience.
