Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team.
• This individual will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social-media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored for various platforms.
• Manage the content calendar and schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Monitor online conversations and foster a positive brand community.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Use data insights to optimize content and strategies.
• Work closely with the design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
• Partner with influencers and other brands for collaborations.
• Ensure a content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
