About the role

• A growing skincare and haircare brand is looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Content Creator to build its online presence and turn attention into sales.
• You will plan and produce content across the brand’s social channels, grow its audience, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the brand’s social media pages across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Create engaging videos, reels, skits, product content, captions and graphics * Develop content calendars and growth strategies tailored to each platform
• Produce creative content that drives brand visibility, audience engagement and sales * Respond to customer enquiries and messages professionally
• Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on product launches and campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong video creation, editing and storytelling skills
• Ability to create engaging content that attracts customers and drives sales
• Good understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and analytics
• Highly organised, creative and results-driven
• Available to resume immediately
• Portfolio or links to previously created content for review
