Job Title: Social Media Associate/Content Creator

Job Summary

• Taeillo Ltd. is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company’s social media presence, strengthen brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and generate leads and sales.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends, preferably within the furniture, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and product showcases.
• Develop content calendars that highlight furniture collections, promotions, customer experiences, and brand activities.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Track social media performance using analytics and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to support campaigns and drive sales.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities.
• Manage social media campaigns and advertising to improve brand visibility and audience growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Understanding of digital marketing, audience growth, and social media advertising.
• Creativity, attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous social media work is required.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
