Worknigeria – Our client, a Plastic and Printing company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

Check the job order
Take the printed roll from the printing M/c as per the schedule
Load the roll on the machine
Set the size in the machine as specified in the job order.
Set the edge Sensor.
Set the quick lock Positions.
Brake on Winder tension.
Check baled position( Visually)
Check the required product length or roll diameter.
Run the machine as per the job order.
Check the slitting size as per the job order.
Check the running brake tension and winding tension (Visually)
Ensure all roll specifications are correct as per the job order.
Run the production after getting the 1st off approval from QC
Check the finished product and separate the roll with defects for sorting (uneven winding, printing problems, loose winding, off-cut rolls, improper cut rolls with bad odor)
Weight and wrap the finished product on pallet as per the job order
Arrange the finished product products on pallet as per job order.
Transfer the pallets to the palletizing area for wrapping.
Clean the machine and surroundings after completion of the job.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 5 years of experience.

Salary
N110,000 – N130,000 Monthly.
