Job Overview

• Bukachop Bakery is looking for a talented and dedicated baker to join our bread bakery in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate must have experience in baking bread, crafting pastries, and working with viennoiseries.
• You will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods daily, and your skills will be tested during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of breads including loaves, rolls, and artisan-style bread.
• Create viennoiseries such as croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, and brioche.
• Produce pastries including cakes, tarts, and other sweet treats.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in the bakery.
• Work with the team to ensure timely production and delivery of bakery items.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional baking experience.
• Proven expertise in baking bread, pastries, and viennoiseries.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing previous baking work (photos are acceptable).
• Must be willing to undergo a practical skills test during the interview process.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality baked goods.
• Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment.
