Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Akure South. The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the required standard. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and communicating with stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing material resources and ensuring efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site supervision, project management, and quality control
• Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory standards, and construction procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic computer skills is an advantage
• Relevant certifications in construction or project management are a plus
• Possession of a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture or a related field
