Job Summary

• We are recruiting a Site Architect to oversee architectural execution on premium residential developments.
• This role demands attention to detail and strong finishing quality control.

Responsibilities

• On-site interpretation of drawings
• Quality control and finishing supervision
• Snagging and de-snagging management
• Coordination between design office and contractors

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture.
• 5–7 years site-based architectural experience
• Strong finishing and detailing background
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.

Salary
N400,000 – N900,000 per month.
