Job Title: Site Architect

Job Overview

• We are seeking a professional Site Architect to join our Design team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between architectural design and on-site execution, contributing to the successful delivery of residential and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site architectural supervision and support throughout all phases of construction.
• Interpret and review architectural drawings, specifications, and related project documentation.
• Ensure that construction activities strictly adhere to approved architectural designs and quality standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections and generate detailed progress and compliance reports.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to address and resolve architectural challenges on site.
• Manage and document change orders related to architectural designs and ensure proper implementation.
• Participate actively in site meetings and offer expert architectural input.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Perform any other duty as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Architect or in a similar role, preferably within residential and infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and architectural detailing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software (e.g., ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,Lumium, Cohom).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and verbal/written communication.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) or similar professional body is highly desirable.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / month
