Job Description
We are looking for a talented site Administator who can:

• Maintainand update information and records such as site registers, drawings etc
• Schedule vists and meetings.
• Make presentations to protential clients.
• Receive, capture, collateand distributing information
• Handle office management and general clerical duties
• Dealing with queries, complaintsand request information from clients
• Enableand maintain communication between project team members and other stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements
The candidate should have the following attributes:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• General administration experience
• Computer literate
• Organisational Skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Have an understanding of information flow
• Be attendtive to detail.
