Our business scope: sales and renting of heavy trucks, light trucks, coaches, mine vehicles, special vehicles, engineering machinery (such as wheel loader, hoister, excavator, etc.); TBR tyres, spare parts sales; vehicle maintenance service.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Showroom Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
• Lead and supervise the showroom sales team to maximize sales performance.
• Monitor individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
• Review daily sales activities, customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ensure proper follow-up on all leads and prospective customers.
• Develop strategies to increase walk-in customers and showroom conversions.
• Support sales executives in closing high-value or difficult deals.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the showroom.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, attractive, and properly maintained at all times.
• Ensure all display vehicles are properly positioned, clean, fueled/charged, and ready for customer viewing.
• Ensure vehicle keys, documents, accessories, and showroom equipment are properly controlled.
• Coordinate with logistics, inventory, after-sales, finance, and administration teams.
• Ensure company procedures and operational policies are strictly followed.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
