Job Title: Shop Floor Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a very smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Shop Floor Supervisor to oversee daily in-store operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive compliance with pharmacy standards.
• This role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shop floor staff to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service
• Monitor product display, stock availability, expiry dates, and housekeeping standards
• Enforce SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary
• Support inventory control, sales performance, and daily reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising a retail or pharmacy shop floor
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
