Job Title: Shipping & Documentation Coordinator

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Shipping & Documentation Coordinator to manage local and international shipments, prepare and maintain shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, HS codes, and import/export requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or documentation issues.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, shipping costs, and delivery performance. Cv
• Support inventory movement and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
• Assist with process improvements and logistics optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping, logistics, or import/export documentation.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 per month.
