Job Summary

• We are seeking a confident and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate team members effectively.
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality or any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Shift Manager in a Hotel, Restaurant, or QSR.
• Not more than 30 years old.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Presentable, confident, and professional.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Salary
N130,000 monthly + 30k monthly bonus and HMO.
