We are currently recruiting suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Training Specialist (Sales)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal professional is responsible for coordinating and supporting our business development and sales team of different levels equipped with the required industry knowledge of sales strategies by boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs.
  • You will indirectly help enhance the employee’s workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values.

Key Duties

  • Develop, evaluate and implement various training methods and strategies.
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs.
  • Design onboarding session for new hires and merchant acquisition officers.
  • Plan, implement and manage sales educational workshops.
  • Identify and assess training requirements by evaluating the weaknesses and strengths.
  • Stay abreast with the latest tools and trends in employee development.
  • Supervise structured learning experiences and also oversee their results.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information for the solutions.
  • Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns.
  • Carry out industry research on products, customer needs support systems and develop new training needs for the field staff.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc in renowned tertiary institution.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience as a Sales training Specialist in a FINTECH or Financial Services firm.
  • Experience training field sales staff preferably in the FINTECH.
  • Business and Marketing Skills required.
