Job Title: Senior Telesales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound & outbound leads into paying customers through high-impact phone conversations
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients over the phone to drive repeat business and referrals
• Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes while maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions

Requirements

• 3–5 years proven telesales experience
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven with a track record of success
• Excellent communication skills
