Job Title: Senior Solution Architect, Voice

Job Summary

• Senior Solution Architect, Voice is urgently needed at a Telecommunication Company.
• He/she will lead the design and deployment of enterprise Voice and Unified Communications (UC) solutions.
• This role ensures high-quality, secure, and scalable voice services across VoIP, SIP, PBX, Contact Center, and UC platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Voice and UC solutions (VoIP, SIP Trunking, IP/Cloud PBX, Contact Centers).
• Develop Unified Communications solutions integrating voice, video, and messaging.
• Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial solutions.
• Perform voice infrastructure assessments, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Lead solution implementation and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and integrate third-party voice platforms.
• Develop solution documentation (HLDs, LLDs, configurations).
• Ensure QoS, SLA, and security compliance.
• Act as technical advisor for voice product development and strategy.
• Support pre-sales, RFPs, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in VoIP, UC, and enterprise telephony.
• Strong hands-on experience with SIP, RTP, SBCs, IP PBX, and Contact Centers.
• Experience with UC platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, 3CX, Asterisk, etc.).
• Relevant certifications (CCNP Voice/Collaboration, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice) are an advantage.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
