About the Role

• We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and scale our core products.
• You’ll take ownership of complex technical problems, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives on writing clean, maintainable code and wants to have real influence over how software gets built.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions.
• Take ownership of features and systems from design through deployment.
• Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in and help shape architectural and technical design decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, supporting their technical growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt.
• Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support production incident response as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Required:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, Go, C#).
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications at scale.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to microservices or distributed systems architecture.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading small project teams.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
