About Role

• The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s online presence and engagement across social media channels.
• This role builds strong digital communities, increases audience interaction, and maintains brand reputation through responsive, engaging, and timely content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
• Schedule, post, and respond to followers’ comments and DMs.
• Create engaging content aligned with campaigns and trends.
• Lead and drive community engagement and growth across WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Monitor online conversations and manage brand sentiment.
• Track metrics (engagement, reach, joins, follower growth) and optimize performance.

Requirements

• 5 years in a social media or community engagement role.
• Excellent writing, content creation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific trends and algorithms.
