Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior R & A Specialist (Refrigerator & Air Conditioning) to join our team in Ilupeju, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in cooling systems.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Manage refrigerant handling in line with environmental and safety regulations.
• Supervise junior technicians and provide technical guidance when required.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 6 – 8 years of proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
• Experience working with industrial and commercial cooling systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
