Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment: Full-time | On-site

Job Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee architecture, interior design, fit-out, and construction projects from planning to final handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field
• 3-5 years relevant project management experience
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, budgeting and project documentation
• Proficiency with project management tools
• AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge is an advantage
• PMP/PRINCE certification is an advantage.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
