Job Title: Senior Production Technologist

Job Description

• This role provides advanced technical expertise in well performance optimization, production system design, and field development support to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
• The role focuses on diagnosing production challenges, recommending and implementing artificial lift, stimulation, sand control, and well integrity solutions, while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Working as a key member of multidisciplinary teams, the Senior Production Technologist contributes to the design and execution of production strategies, mentoring junior staff, and applying industry best practices and new technologies to deliver sustainable value creation.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / Related Technical Disciplines
• A Master’s degree in a related technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas production, with at least
• 5years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Professional certifications (e.g., SPE, IPEN) are a plus.
