What We’re Looking For

• As the Senior Product Manager with ETAP, you will own the product  end-to-end, inspire customer love and have a material impact on business outcomes.
• You will identify key problems we tackle, get feedback from key stakeholders, prioritise features to plan a roadmap, and work across the company to build solutions.
• A good product manager thinks creatively, commiserates with their customers, and deeply comprehends the domain.
• A great product manager continually creates business value, delights customers, and improves company infrastructure to unlock faster development.

Responsibilities

• Determine the direction of solutions and develop the strategic product roadmap for ETAP.
• Gather and prioritize inputs from market analysis, users demands, and team ideas to ensure that the roadmap matches the market requirements and build the right things at the right time.
• Write detailed functional requirements and specifications and work closely with the development team to implement the roadmap by designing and building the correct solutions.
• Participate in product launches to provide key messages, competitive profiling and product content for marketing.
• Influence product documentation and marketing collateral for sales, prospects and customers.
• Participate in key moments of sales processes by demonstrating product features and presenting the product roadmap at executive level.
• Provide professional input and product knowledge to internal groups (Sales, Professional Services, Training and Documentation), customers and partners.
• Directly manage a team of product manager(s) as well as mentor/coach other team members.

Qualifications

• An adoration for technology and 5+ years of experience building software products for external customers with tech startups.
• Solid experience in building technical platforms that drastically improve product development efficiency and quality.
• An ownership mentality; do what it takes to deliver great outcomes
• Strategically balance short-term and long-term development needs simultaneously
• A track record of taking ideas all the way to shipping great products and customer benefits.
• Equally practiced at being hands-on and sweating the details and at looking at the larger picture and driving the strategic vision.
• Excellent communication techniques, especially written, for multiple audiences
• Comfortable with change; rapid company growth needs and rewards flexibility.
