About the Role

• Infinix (Transsion Holdings) is hiring a Senior PR Specialist to lead our influencer marketing strategy.
• You’ll identify, engage, and manage KOLs and KOCs to amplify our brand, drive product awareness, and generate authentic consumer advocacy across social platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute KOL/KOC strategies aligned with brand and product objectives
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across tech, lifestyle, and youth culture — negotiating terms and tracking performance
• Run product seeding and review programs that generate authentic user-generated content
• Co-create campaign content with creators (reviews, unboxings, tutorials, challenges) and ensure brand alignment
• Track campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiment, ROI) and deliver performance reports
• Grow long-term influencer relationships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and more

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC management, or social media PR, with proven campaign success in Nigeria/West Africa
• An existing influencer network and deep knowledge of the Nigerian creator landscape
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytics skills
• Tech or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
