Job Summary

• We are looking for a solutions-driven Senior Operations Specialist (Drivers Growth) to oversee supply and demand & to optimize and strategically propose innovation for our ride-hailing operations in Nigeria.

About the Role

• In this role, you will focus on finding new ways to attract and onboard drivers, clearly communicating the value of our platform to potential partners.
• You will analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then create and implement plans to keep drivers active and engaged.
• Monitoring performance will be key, allowing you to quickly spot issues and take action.
• You’ll also review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, while working closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results
• You will be working closely with the Operations Manager, where your work will have a direct impact on business growth by achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Driver Acquisition & Value Proposition – looking for new driver acquisition opportunities to expand the funnel & addressing value proposition to the market.
• Driver Activation & Engagement – analyze the trends, risks & opportunities. Identify signals & create action plan how activate & engage with drivers in the most efficient way.
• Performance Analysis – continuously monitor Driver Growth domain health; highlight and address anomalies with the clear actionable steps.
• Process Optimisation – audit existing workflows to improve key results.
• Partnerships & Collaboration – collaborate with internal / external stakeholders with result-oriented approach & measurable impact.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations and analytics, bringing a data-driven, structured approach to operations.
• You are fluent in English with clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and familiar with BI tools like Tableau.
• You have a proven ability to turn insights into action, delivering measurable results through your analysis.
• You work well with internal and external stakeholders, aligning data with business goals and market trends.
• You take ownership, stay organized under pressure, and always deliver with integrity.
• Experience driving growth-focused initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
